- I am an author and historian whose research spans many epochs of history with a particular emphasis on the Pacific War. I am a co-author of "Shattered Sword" on the Battle of Midway and have recently finished a book related to the Battle of Leyte Gulf. Other dabblings in writing include this blog, military history magazines, and science-fiction. Hobbies include drawing, political debate, and misc interests like volcanoes.
